I will be teaming up with the amazing Linda Metcalfe for a very special retreat in June 21-23, 2024
Hosted by the Ecospirituality Center in Benson, Vt
This Friday to Sunday morning retreat will include art and creativity classes, immersion in all that 35 acres offer, yoga, meditation and mindfulness.  If you are looking for fun, meaningful relaxation
​and connections through movement and art, this retreat is for you.
All levels are welcome - from first timers to established practitioners and creatives
